Aluminum Composite Panel Standard for Curtain Wall
The size of the aluminum composite panel is 1220 * 2440 * 4mm, with two layers of coating. The standard is GB/T17748-2008 "Aluminum Composite Panels for Building Curtain Walls". Surface quality requirements: No traces such as indentations, imprints, bumps, etc. are allowed; It is not allowed to have plastic on both sides exposed or missed; No ripples, blisters, scratches are allowed.
Other requirements:
A. The deviation of coating glossiness is ≤ 10, the surface pencil hardness is ≥ HB, the coating flexibility is ≤ 2T, and the coating adhesion is not lower than level 1;
B. The panel should have an impact resistance of ≥ 50kg · cm, with no peeling or cracks in the paint. The coating should have a wear resistance of ≥ 5L/ μ M and a stain resistance of ≤ 5%.
C. The panel should show no abnormalities in hot water resistance. The coating should remain unaffected by salt or acidity. It should also be resistant to nitric acid without any blistering, protrusion, or pulverization. The coating should not blister, protrude, or pulverize when exposed to alkali. The oil resistance of the coating should remain unchanged. The coating should also be resistant to flux without exposing the underlying layer.
D. Temperature resistance: The decrease rate of peel strength is ≤ 10%, the adhesion is not inferior to level 1, and there is no change in appearance.
